Launching a New Cleaning Service with Coolness
The Problem
We were approached by the SUPER team, a newly formed, all-encompassing cleaning company, to help them carve out a space in a saturated market. Though they had soft-launched without a digital presence, they were ready to introduce their premium cleaning services with a distinctive brand identity. Our goal was to create a digital launch campaign that not only highlighted their visual identity but also resonated with their desired clientele, positioning SUPER as a trustworthy and reliable choice in the industry.

Step 1
Defining the Brand’s Identity - Before launching, we conducted a thorough assessment of the brand, focusing on what differentiated SUPER from local competitors. We aimed to position the brand as a convenient and reliable "Superhero" in the cleaning industry, capitalizing on both coolness and professionalism. This step involved defining the brand’s voice and ensuring it communicated trust and reliability effectively.
Step 2
Crafting a Cohesive Digital Presence - We then established a communication strategy that emphasized trust and reliability. By developing content pillars, we ensured consistency in the brand’s digital strategy. We also incorporated a variety of visual content, creating engaging and relatable material that aligned with SUPER’s brand identity.
Step 3
Bringing the Brand to Life - To bring our ideas to life, we collaborated with production teams and scriptwriters to create impactful content. This included three story segments, three ASMR videos, and a photoshoot that combined lifestyle and in-studio elements. These efforts were all aimed at reinforcing the brand’s presence as the go-to "Superhero" for cleaning services.
