Acknowledging Neo Eatery's goal to change its model, our first step was to delve into the essence of the brand. Inspired by its commitment to ingredient integrity and intimate dining experiences, we put together a comprehensive plan to refine Neo Eatery's transition to an innovative private dining experience.

Step 2

Leveraging Neo Eatery's brand narrative and the unique private chef experience it offers, we crafted a compelling story through the use of digital and physical assets to resonate with the audience; highlighting Chef Dana AlTourah’s dedication to ingredient integrity and culinary curation.

Step 3

To launch the brand in the way that it was meant to operate, we curated a 3-day private dining pop-up in collaboration with Bader Al-Shatti to translate what the services were and for a truly immersive, realistic private dining experience.
