However, they struggled with how best to position themselves as a real estate investment firm that delivered great yields to it's clients, while maintaining a sense of responsibility towards their community and the environment.

Step 1
A thorough diagnostics workshop with the partners of the company revealed a deep-rooted passion for truly leaving an impact through their investment offering. Yes, they were doing this yield great returns for their investors, but their "why" extended far beyond that. There was an enthusiasm to make a difference through their investments to their greater communities and subcommunites.
Step 2
The investment industry is notorious for being cut-throat when it came to returns, its what clients are attracted to at the end of the day. The happy medium of pushing that message and positioning the brand in an impactful way is what we set out to do. We positioned the brand as a responsible investor looking to preserve and grow their clients' wealth, while working together to preserve and grow our futures.
Step 3
After approval of their brand communication strategy, we set out to manage the web design portion of the brand to encompass a clear user experience while sending a well-balanced message to potential investors and collaborators in the industry.
