The Problem
Glaze Bakery, once renowned for its exquisite birthday cakes and celebratory confections, faced a pressing challenge that threatened its growth potential. Over time, the bakery had become pigeonholed as a specialized destination solely for elaborate birthday cakes, limiting its customer base and store footfall. Given the nature of Kuwait’s rise of online orders further contributed to the decline in physical store visits. Recognizing the urgency of reviving the brand, the bakery’s founder, Fuddah AlAnjari, approached us for assistance in growing her online presence as well as breathing new life into the store.

An enhanced menu - we set out to reposition the bakery as a welcoming neighborhood hub that offered not only bespoke birthday cakes but also a diverse array of freshly baked goods, aromatic coffees, and innovative culinary creations through the launch of Kuwait’s first edible candle; the founder’s creative culinary input definitely lit up our taste buds!

Double down on socials - Through a strategic infusion of captivating photography and lifestyle videography, Glaze’s social media engagement skyrocketed to unprecedented heights. Every image became a window into a world of delectable indulgence, carefully curated to showcase not just the bakery’s products, but the experiences they evoke.
